I HAVE A PREPAYMENT INVOICE WORTH $1000. AND WITHHOLDING TAX IS APPLICABLE FOR THIS PREPAYMENT INVOICE 10% FOR TAX authority IN ADVANCE

NOW I WANT TO RAISE A STANDARD INVOICE OF $1500 HOW CAN APPLY THIS STANDARD INVOICE INCLUDING THE WITHHOLDING TAX OF $100 WITH ABOVE PREPAYMENT INVOICE.
