Hour deduction Policy in OTL

Hi All . . .

Can any one help me on these issues in OTL release 11i ?

1)the normal working hour on my shift is from 8:00 to 16:30 , and there is 30 mnt meal break that you can get it any time just from 13:00 pm to 14:00 pm(e.g : from 13:00 to 13:30 , 13:10 to 13:40 and so on). how i can constraint this case using OTL hour deduction policy or any rule on OTL?
(on other words you can get a meal break just between 13:00 PM to 14:00 PM and not after 14:00).

2)the working day is from 8:00 to 16:30. if the employee is work from 8:00 to 16:30 he will earn just 8 hour.
and if he worked from 18:30 to 20:00 he will earn 1.5 overtime
and if he worked from 20:00 to 8:00 am he will earn 12 hour as double time.
EXAMPLE: if he work from 8:00 am to 22:00 pm
the timecard must show this as:
8:00 am to 16:30 PM as regular.
18:30 to 20:00 as overtime.
20:00 to 22:00 as doubletime.
be ware that the hour time from 14:30 to 16:00 will not calculated.

So Can any one help me to solve these issues?
