Update Future dated matured status

Hi all,
>> We want to chage the statu the future dated payments, before the maturity date.
>> Like If the manturity date of the payment is 25-Jan-2009 and it is on sunday.
>> So if we run the Update future dated maturity status program on 23-Jan-2009, i.e. on firday then the status need to chage for the payments which have the maturity date on 24-Jan-09 and 25-Jan-2009 (as saturday and sunday are holidayes).
>> Due to this we have to work on saturdays and sundays also.
>> I know, we can scedule the program on holidays.
>> But 31-Jan-2009 is Saturday, so we want to change the status on 30-Jan-2009 and need to close the Jan-09 period on firday itself.
>> Even though if we scedule the program to run on saturday, then again we need to work on staturday to close the period.
