Please investigate why this release has not automatically closed even though it has been matched and paid.

PO Type: Call Off(C)/ Framework (A)
2-Way matching PO.

Product Version 11.5.10.2
Sun Solaris SPARC (64-bit)

I just need to know why PO 53105 Release 1 has not closed.
