Hi
is there any report that can show the activities log done by a specific user?
can I get also a report showing the changes done in the application? that's for audit purposes. please guide

Actually I tried some reports like signon-audit forms...etc
would the audit trail show me what have been changed in the application?

For Profile Option Changes, you can check through OAM.
