Auto Accounting Issue for Projects Imported Invoic

Hi All,
we have setup the autoaccounting for Tax Account to derive the cost centre from 'Standard Lines'. Now while running the Autoinvoice for the Projects Invoice, invoices are not getting imported and reason is 'Complete the Tax Accounting Flexfield'.
If we have a setup autoaccounting to derive from 'Standard Lines' we need to setup and provide the 'Standard Memo Lines' for non-item transactions but not sure of how to associate the 'Standard Memo Lines' to the Projects transactions.
Any suggestions would be great help.
