Employee Grouping and Payroll Reports

Hi All,

I am new to Oracle HRMS and I need to ask two questions.

We have a requirement to process payroll by employee grouping like finance,hr,operation or full time , part time etc , Is the Assignment set is appropriate for this or any other solution?

What Reports do we process usually after processing payroll, the one I know which is Payroll Register , what are others? Kindly share your Ideas.

Yes Dear you can do that by a lot of way and also by Assignment set, or by organization, or employee category.
if you need to see payslip you need to archive the payroll run.
if you need to see SOE, you make some configuration

Thanks for the information, I would ask one more thing that to configure SOE is there any technical expertise require or any functional consultant can configure it as I am functional and does not know much about technical except little bit SQL and what are the steps to configure the SOE, would be very thankful to you.
