I am trying to define a new customer at www.solutionbeacon.com
Receivables: Customers > Standard

I received the error.

"Please define the item validation organization in the Parameters window in Order Management"

Following Metalink note #312793.1 "When entering customer from message about item validation organization occurs"

I tried to query menu AR_NAVIGATE_GUI and Add a new record and enter the follwing information

System Administrator: Application > Menu

Seq(Input the next sequential number): 54
Navigatior Prompt : OM Parameters
Submenu : ONT_SETUP
Function : Setup OM Parameters
Description : Setup OM Parameters

But when i try to save it I get the following error

"Sorry! Update to seeded menus not allowed in the Solution Beacon Vision environment. Create a custom menu instead."

How to resolve this?
How to create Custom menu?

Please help.

Hi akumar,

Go to Order management Responsibility
Nav: Setup>>Parameters

Enter the Operating Unit and Inventory Organization.
Now you can save the Transaction and define the transaction.
