Charge account issue?

hi all,
can any one help me about the following issue?
In the category account summary it shows that casing categorized as raw material but when we are preparing requisition for that specific item the charge account is coming with starter pack combination. Please kindly check why this is happening and i need you to check in Po receipt process which account is taken to process this item.
