Incentive Compensation Issue

Hi

we are working on 11.5.8 version.

Following are the details on the issue:

We created a new payrun and trying to add the three resources to that payrun who belongs to the same compensation group, but One of the resource couldn't be added to the payrun and getting the following error message after cliking on update button:

" The earnings for the resource is not equal to the payment transaction amount. This error is usually encountered when the profile "Pay By Transaction" is changed when a payrun is in an unpaid status. To resolve this issue please revert the profile value back, add all the resources to the payrun and pay the payrun before changing the profile value."

The profile for ?Pay By Transaction? was not changed. The users do not have access to the profile options.

Impact on Business :
Can't pay this salesrep....

Recent Changes:
however this rep's compensation group was changed about a month ago (it was changed from group 'CHICAGO PS BRANCH' to
'CHICAGO PS BRANCH DIRECT REPORTS'). The same change was made for two other reps but they don't have this same problem.

But we can able to add the other resources to the payrun .

Users decided the issue was due to hierarchy change for this rep since that was the only thing that made her different than the other reps.

Could you please provide the possible reasons and solutions/work arounds to fix the issue.

Thanks in advance..

Regards,
Srinivas

This normally happens with there is a mismatch between
a. Unposted Commission Amount (CN_COMMISSION_LINES_ALL)
b. Subledger values (CN_SRP_PERIODS_ALL)
c. Balance Payment amount (CN_PAYMENT_TRANSACTIONS_ALL)

Ideally b - a - c should be 0

To fix this.
1. Ensure the role, comp group and group member relations are accurate.
2. Ensure there is an active pay group
3. Submit full calculation for this associate. (Bonus too if it is applicable)

Send me an email if it is not working...
