Can anyone tell me the steps to create a Blanket Release using Autocreate fumctionality.

Dear Amir,

You can query in autocreate requisitions for a particular day select lines which you want to assign to a supplier having an approved BPA in the system select blanket release and click on automatic provide the document number i.e.. BPA number of the supplier and say create a bpa release will be generated with the number. Open the same from Release localized and approve the same.
