Error occured after completing accounting options

Hi
iam implementing GL and AP.
i've completed all setup steps but iam getting this error when completing accounting options
Error
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: HR_7220_INVALID_PRIMARY_KEY: ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_ORGANIZATION_API", line 4872 ORA-06512: at "APPS.GL_LEDGERS_PKG", line 111 ORA-06512: at line 1

The version is always like 12.0.3 but anyway check the following two metalink notes hope will resolve your issue,

with the best of my knowledge you have not checked the profile option HR:Business group this is why you are getting this error

as this is the profile option, to enable it you have to logout and then log in again.if probleum persists raise SR
