Amount format

Dear All,
My amounts are displaying in a format that i am not comfortable in especially in journals.I need to change the format for the amount to be including the commas. i.e from a format like 1000000 to 1,000,000.00
Is there a profile to change this so that all the amounts should be including the commas?
