Hi,

I have a SO created thru SR. The line level notes of SO was passed to AR and was printed in invoice wherein the headerlevel notes of SR was not passed to AR and was missing in invoice. Can anyone suggest how to fix this issue or throw any idea. This is happening in 11.5.10

Hi,

In oracle SO = Sales Order ? Service Order ?

and SR = Sales Return ? (SRV) , Service Request ? through metalink.
