Document Numbering in Purchasing

Hello
I am working on R12 Version 12.0.4, purpose is to setup purchasing setup
I get an error message on creating PO,Requisition, which is below

App-po-14142 :get_doc_type_info-10; Ora-01403 no data found

Cause A sql error has occurred in get_doc_type_info
the sql error Ora-01403; no data found

one thing I want to tell you while in purchasing options
in the "Document Numbering" Area Document shows no results found
