After creating the Item in master item i tried to do the organization assignment but it is not getting saved.No error message also.kindly suggest me how to save the organization assignment.

This is a generic problem with Inventory module.
Just check whether you are able to access the <font color="red"><b>Org Attributes </b></font id="red"> form.
If you are getting any error while accessing this form then you need to log a TAR to resolve your issue.
