Dear Fellows

my question is after having two years of business operations via Oracle 11i the company is now shifting its head office (BG) which is also LE from one place to another now if i go through the Org Structure it appears to be greyed out and hard coded is there any way to change it keeping the historic data as it is locked?

Hello C-MOON,
You can "modify" your BG or LE, to that matter any level in the hierarchy.

you can navigate to hrms responsiblity--> workstructures--> organization--> description.

Querry your BG, change your address and save.

note: 1. You can only modify your hierarchy in org hierarchy window, but cannot alter/modify any internal inoformation.
2. you can only modify your internal information and your hierarchy but you cannot change i.e. delete a LE or change your BG.

but no the solution does not works

i know the path but its all greyed out it does not alloe you to chnage.

Hi Mohsin,

we can change the address details at location level.

select your location and change it.
