In Oracle R12 Prod Instance

R12:Unable to Create Operating Unit From HR or Accounting Setup Manager (ASM)

In Accounting Setup Manager, when attempting to create an Operating Unit, an error is received:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001 The type of organization is invalid. ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_ORGANIZATION_API", line 5857 ORA-06512: at line 1

It is a Bug " 5971509 " please apply this patch "5950244", it will work fine
