can any one tell me , flat rate depreciation method in detail and when we use this method.

Hi,

Flat Dep Rate is nothing but stright line dep method. here u mention dep rate as per ur comany rate. application will calculate dep accordingly.

Eg: Cost 1,00,000
Flat Dep Rate :10%
Annual Dep will be 10,000, will be constant to every year.
