Difference of deposit and guarantee?

deposit and guarantee any diffferences! plz explain .

Deposit & Guarantee both are commitments. Deposit is like customer prepayment, you receives cash in case of deposit, but as comes to guarantee we can?t receives cash physically. That means there is no physical cash transaction takes place in case of guarantee.

deposit and guarantee both are commitment type invoices. in the case of deposit , taking the from customer against goods.in future the deposit amount can be reduced from actual invoice, in the case of guarantee the customer give the promise to buy the goods in future, its added advantage of the business
