I have created Currency, Calender, Structure and added valuset and values.
I only have two segments created
Now while creating set of books at the time entering Retained Earning account one the segments has values in LOV however other one doesnt have it and when clicked on details button I see the following Error:

No entries found for List of Values

APP-FND-01436: List of Values cannot find any values for you to choose

Cause: The List of Values execution failed to find any values.

Cause: The SQL statement specified to fdlfch() failed to return any values.

Action: Check the message stack for any SQL statement failure messages. Check to make sure your SQL statement works in SQL*Plus. (ROUTINE=fdlfch)

The value-set which you attach with the segment may be incorrect. Check the value-set and the values in the value-set. Also make sure that you freeze and compiled the flexfield.

retained earnings account is mandatory ,check whether you have defined it or not.
check your values for the segments.

The value set will display values only if the values are active. Please go through the values listed in the value set and if required add some values and test the Set of Books Creation. Also ensure that the value set is independent.

verify the values whether u have created the Retained Earnings a/c.
if so, verify whether Allow Dynamic Inserts is enabled or not.
