Finding the Org structure

Assuming that we have an already installed oracle aps payables/PO/GL etc.. We want to find the org structure diagram for the same. is it possible from backend/frontend?

There is no pictorial diagram available from Application from my knowledge. But if you look at the TA040 (Application architecture strategy) document of the client you will come to know.
You can run the AP or PO Set up Diagnostic script to identify to which OU, Legal entity, Set of Books and Business Group to which the responsibilities are atttached
