Used defined lookups in 11i

HI All,
If I create a user defined lookup hwo do I map it to a particular form . eg - i created a lookup called as testpaymentmethod under application payables
there are 2 values under them test1 and test2
now go to Invoice workbench and I want these values to come to the payment method field, how can i do that.
