We have created a new set of books in and modified the charts of accounts in UAT. how ca we create new gl responsibility and assign the new SOB and COA to it?

Please provide me with detailed instructions ASAP.

Please be clear on the version of Apps

Because, R12 has a different concept when it compared to 11i in APPS. So, be clear on the version also.
