Hey Friends,

Recently I have been assigned the role of HRMS Functional Team Leader, having worked in HR Dept. for over 04 years. Gladly, I will be attending training courses in HR modules, conducted by Oracle University themselves.

What I am looking is?to be an <b>Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant.</b>

Could you please help me as I need to know what are the other requirements/courses I should undertake to reach my goal?

All help will be highly appreciated and I promise to share all my experiences with everyone here.

The opportunity what you have got in your hand is one of the best and rare opportunities in your life...dont miss this. Get trained in Oracle HRMS...the important thing you need to remember is....understand the functionality of Oracle HRMS rather by-hearting the features coz solution design will differ from one individual to another...but as a Consultant we need to provide the solution which is effective with minimal negative impacts.

Once you are familiar with the product...get used to it and try to use it effectively in your company and also in the meanwhile...try to get access to the metalink from ur company guys...this will give access to solutions provided for various issues and also good documentation on oracle products.
