Accessing Application from Client Using HTML File

salam to all,
any budy plz. tell me how we can access application from client using baseHTML in oracle application server 10g (10.1.2).
Traditional way to access application like
<u><b>http://myhost:8888/forms/frmservlet?con ... ame</b></u>

but i wont when user request the application then HTML file is open from there navigate to Orginal application.
Hope to be understand & early response from u.
