Core HRMS documents,Payroll setup

I need some help from anyone of you regarding the HRMS Documentation.
Can you please send me Core HRMS documents,Payroll setup documents and PPTs to this mail id sapna500@hotmail.com. Also please let me know about the dimensions ASG_ITD,ASG_YTD etc., and on what basis we should select these dimensions
