Need Suggestions rgs HRMS Implementation !!

Hi friends,

Good Day !

I have some query, let me brief abt the Project.

We are going to implement Core and SSHR in GK Groups,

GK group having 8 companies, all r following different hr process, like recruitment, performance appraisal, training , reporting hierarchy etc?.

8 company HR people are telling that, should not share information with other groups of companies,,,,

GK is the parent cpy ,,under that we hav 8 different companies ,all r having diff. business line


Should i go with company specific, need to create multiple BG !!!

How should I go for Current Business Study , GAP and BR 100..
