Hi

AS IS process is on-going and implemented process in current system.

TO BE process is a new process which will contain the AS IS picture plus new enhancements and modifications.

For example..if a project is handling by organization A and client decides to give same to organization B then question comes how will org. B will handle the same work like A was doing. Here AS IS process can be understood by knowledge transfer. Whaterver gaps and issues comes in between with new requirements by client can be implemented in it ...and that will make a TO BE process.

Before go live..TO BE process has to go with lot many approvals and enhancements..

Once it is signed off ..this process gets implemented and work starts getting done in same manner.

Hope this will help you a bit.

Hi Bharat,
Thank you for your explaination. Pls is it possible to help ERP stuff to write a documentation on the necessary AIM documentation? The documetation should answer e.g (BR100) what is it? when do you need it? Why do you need it? where do you need? How do you prepare it?

If you can do this, please send it to admin@erpstuff.com. He will review it and upload it for members.

If there is any member interested in doing this, pls do not hestitate to do it. You can also send copies to us for review

Regards
