how I transfer table into other computer

Sir I have two system both connect with each other in windows 2000 environment
I have separate database in both system system-1 database in is test and system-2 database name is mfatest
Sir I want to transfer system-2 database mfatest table into system-1 database test
Sir please give me idea how I transfer table into other computer database
