ERPstuff - Oracle EBS Community

We are using Oracle EBS 11.0.3 and at month end we inactive 20 Responsibility manually, We want inactive these responsibility automatically, is any body have any idea how I achieve this target?

I kown but i want inactive responsibility automatically at month end and active those responsibility automaticaly after five days.

i don't want change end date manually.
