in interview they are asking me about set ups? what do u mean setups?

Hi

set up for a module means making the Module ready to create Transactions and generate the reports out of it. Basically this pertains to the Master data for a module.

If you check the User Guide of Each Module it will have the set up steps for each Module.

For Example AP module have 29 steps and AR Module has 54 Steps and it provides a Diagrammatic Picture in what sequence the set up has to be done.

You have now Diagnostic Scripts also available for each Module which can be run by an application User without having the Database access and check whether the set up is correct or any corrective actions have to be taken.

In Nutshell it is like an Architect laying the Plan for your House
