Does anybody have some diagrams , notes or tutorials about oracle sale online, oracle quoting, oracle install base, oracle configurator, oracle telesales.

Hi
I am not sure You have a metalink account or Not. If you have metalink account then you can get all you want.
a) Sales Online after 11.5.10 onwards is called Oracle Sales
b) Quoting is available in both HTML and Form based application and known as Order Capture.
