Unable to view output after running Conc program

Hi folks,
I am not able to view the output/logfiles of concurrent programs by clicking on the View log or View Output buttons on the Requests screen.

The exact error message thrown is
"An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node FNDFS_cle12dv1_APPLTOP_ap616cmr. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node FNDFS_cle12dv1_APPLTOP_ap616cmr may not be running. Please contact your system administrator."

Any ideas or hints for this problem are welcome.

Start the listener service and then try. thanks
