error while installing 11.5.9 on RHEL4.0

I Installed Oracle 11i 11.5.9 on Linux 4.0 Advanced Server. I am using the same machine for Server and client to logon to Oracle Applications, using Mozilla browser. The system Post-Installation Check inspected my system for a completed installation and found the following "JSP check" did not succeed for TEST instance. The detailed error is:

I finished the installation by bypassing the JSP error and tried to logon Apps Home page using the following URL - http://localhost.localdomain:8000 I get the links for loging to different applications(CRM,OAM and E-Business Suite) . When I try to login E-Business home page I get the following error:

Not found : The requested URL/oa_servlets/AppsLogin was not found on this server.

java version that i used is JDK1.3.1_16
