After trying to rehire an employee the following message is received:-

APP-PAY-06153: System error procedure MAKE_SECONDARY at Step 5

Can anyone help with the meaning of this?

Steps:
1. Employee's record (people and assignment) was end dated with a future date ie. 28-May-06. no problems here.

2. Rehiring employee by, date tracking to 30-May-06 and hiring from application. When Save is clicked the error message is shown.

Are you sure you terminatexd the employee - Terminate and then re-hire the employee.
