I have some queries reg. apps 11i

1) Diff. Between Application and Responsibility?
2) In the Query window when we try to query the block level infor. and
table level infor. why it asks for password?
3) Brief description about Vendor Terminated Report(Standard Report)?
4) Invoice aging report?
5) How to develop API for GL Import Process?
6) Diff. Between Feeder Program and Seeded Program?Why they are used?

1. These are security levels in apps. In simple terms - Application signifies a broad business function and the responsibility signifies various roles within that business function.

Eg - Sales is an application and under Sales one can have various responsibilities like sales Manager , Sales engineer , Sales advisor.

When defining / creating a user in Apps we need to define which responsibility and which application he will handle. Thus when the user logs in he will be able to view links and screens pertaining to his business function.

2. It is a std feature in Vision instance. Not sure why.
