Oracle E-Business Suite 12.0.2 Release Update Pack

We are pleased to announce the availability of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.0.2 Release Update Pack (RUP2). RUP2 combines system updates made available after the initial release of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.0 into a single, thoroughly tested, high-quality patch. The updates included in RUP2 are predominantly error corrections and statutory/regulatory updates. For certain products, enhancements to selected functionality are also included. Any new functionality introduced in RUP2 is described in the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.0.2 Release Content Document (Oracle MetaLink document 404152.1).

The Oracle E-Business Suite 12.0.2 Release Update Pack is available for download from Oracle MetaLink as Patch 5484000. Several product family RUPs included in 12.0.2 are also available individually. The Oracle E-Business Suite 12.0.2 Release Update Pack Readme (Oracle MetaLink document 430114.1) includes instructions for applying the 12.0.2 Release Update Pack, as well as the list of included patches.

As I have applied following Patches on my EBS R12 instance so you must come to this level in order to continue with the documents practice.

1 - R12.AD.A.DELTA.2 (patch 6014659)
It will not take more than half hour.

2 - Oracle E-Business Suite 12.0.2 Release Update Pack (RUP2) (patch 5484000)
It will take 10 hours depending on machine specifications. This time is on Single Core 2 Duo 2.6 Processor, 3GB RAM.
