HRMS and Payroll Setup

Dear All,

I need urgent help on HR and Payroll Setup for Egypt and KSA. I have done the requirement gathering.. and i know the basic setup. I do not know the payroll setup after element links.. can anyone please provide me with a document which can help me setup this..

Please also let me know, in one BG i have multiple company's wherein one particular company focal should not be able to access the information of another company.. how do i restrict it? can you please guide me with detailed steps..?
