Accounting Reversals in FSAH

Hi There

I am trying to get Accounting reversals in FSAH working using the following Accounting Attributes

Accounting Reversal Distribution Type
Accounting Reversal First Distribution Identifier
Accounting Reversal Indicator

The event is not being picked up by create accounting.

Does anyone have a working example of this so I can see if I'm doing something stupid.
