Forms GUI Problem

Gurus,
I m facing problem in enter query mode of my forms (eBusiness Suite Application)

Detail:-
on solution beacon instance when I press <b>f11</b> some fields color is changed to light blue after executing query <b>(ctrl+F11) </b> it goes normal but when I am using my official production/test instance there is no similar functionality
