how can i assigne transaction type ????

can any one helpe me in this issue
i have many user in inventory and want every one take transaction type in his resposibility or user diffrent from
another like ( miscellaneous receipt & miscellaneous issue ) but i cant do this
case so i need helpe

how can i assigne transaction type to responsibility or a user ??
How to restrict the transaction type like Miscellaneous receipt /issue at user level/responsibility?<b></b>.

To restrict the Miscellaneous receipt / issue transaction to particular responsibility, create separate inventory responsibility in sys admin , in that exclude the function for that Transaction type.
