Can any one brief what is quantity billed exceeded quantity ordered hold??/ How to correct this.

Hi,

I have price variance hold where my po price is 45.30 where the invoice price is coming to 40.30456478 which is causing this hold ...How to control the invoice price precision controlled to 2 digits like PO.

I got one issue in which system placed qty ordered hold can any one tell what exactly this hold mean.

Also i will be very thankfull if any one provide info on tolerance limits how to define tolerances where and all we define tolerances how they will be defaulted Etc.......ITS URGENT
