I want to to make a sales order, for this Order type is necessary, please tell me where to setup the order type to complete the sales order Process.

Oracle R12 (12.0.4)

while Defining Customer I would like to add territory (in Account site Detail area)to customer and customer category while defining customer.

I have already setup the Receivable Territory flex field

Please tell me where do I make setup for this.

after making invoice, I validate it, created its accounting(final), the Pay in full check box is disabled, so I can't make payment
please share the solution.

I have assigned required profile options
when I create inventory organization
in defining inventory informations there is calender field System says thier is no calender.
what will be solution of this problem
