I have installed oracle Apps R12. I didn't intalled "order release management" at that time.

Can any one please guide me how to install "Order Release Management" individually now.

I have 2 tables,
1) Chart_of_account
2) GL_OPEN_BALANCE
i have fetched the data from "Chart_of_account" hirarchy wise and associate all the balances from "GL_OPEN_BALANCE".
The Problem is that, all the balances are occuring at the lowest level i.e level 4
