For this operation you don't need to use personalization you need to use security profile for that Responsibility , please try to check the security profile and restrick the person type for that Responsibility

I have ot use EIT for any calculation because EIT is not key flex field you need to use People Group for that in one filed than select the type required for the employee and attached the fast formula with element
