I am creating a report i.e. group above

Table structure and data like

ID CATEGORY1 CATEGORY2 COST
1 LAND ABC LAND 10000
2 LAND XYZ LAND 20000
3 LAND CED LAD 30000
4 VEHICLE TOYATA 800000
5 VEHICLE MAZDA 10000000

I am using two parameter in where clause based on category1,category2
i.e. p_cat1,p ...

Please send me exact example for place holder.
