there is a column called ORIG_SYS_DOCUMENT_REF
which will give u the source if the order_source_id and source_document_type_id doesnt have any values in it.

First u need to decide what is the type of Alert You need to create for that .Only if i know the scenerio for the requirement of Alert creation i can explain you how to create Alert.

Alert is a seperate responsibility.
In which u can create both Event Alert or Periodic Alert against any tables or views.

THis consolidation applies for only companies which has 3 Cs different
The subsidiary SOBs has to be mapped to the parent SOB in case if we have more than one SOB.
THe consolidation workbench process will drive these process.

Hi ,
As admin proposed we have Alert module in which we have Periodic and Event based alerts.
Event Alerts will fire whenever a change is occured in the database .This event alerts were defined against a table or view.
Stating that whenever a insert or update is made for the table the alert defined ...

Check the po_interface_errors tables for the error messages.
If the processor is has got batch id then u can track with the batch id in rcv_headers_interface,rcv_transactions_interface.

2.Check whether you have given the correct warehouse from where it has to pick the item.

Ya it is acheived by creating Event alert in using oracle alert module.
After insert of a customer in the basxe tabel ra_customers at alert details u have to mention details .
Try to this and get back

Still i have a doubt of in my secenerio, Do i have to have any one of the comapany as the parent comapny to map the other three companies(subsidiaries) so that
i can run the trial balance from the parent comapny to see ...

Hi Financial Gurus,

We have a scenerio like.
Four comapnies with same single SOB.(Cureency,calendar,COA were same)
we want to see the consolidated trial balance for the four companies .
How does this scenerio is met by consolidation.
Can anyone help me for this situation.
