If you need a few depreciation methods, calculate %ge manually and use table menthod instead of using formula or % ge of depreciation method. Otherwise Customization

References in GL Lines are different for different types of lines hence you are getting two lines

it is Cost centre only we have not changed it

We have Cost Center Segment. When we are entring values it is showing Account Type along with Allow Posting and Allow Budgeting which it supposed to show only for Natural Account
