I am using SQL Navigator, it throws the following error while search the package name and try to open the package.

"Error when opening a DB object: ORA-01460: unimplemented or unreasonable conversion requested"

Once bounce the apache after that it might be working.
or do that following procedure
Go and check with listener file and TNS file is any changes done on that files do the changes then it will works

go to CD $TNS_ADMIN
and check the following files is
listener.ora
tnsnames.ora
